With both degree of J.M. and degree of bachelor of English, Mr.Hu Chunhua is well versed in the theory of law and can use both Mandarin and English in his daily legal service. At Huitao he has practiced his legal profession limited to foreign investment and international trade, and can render a full range of legal services such as drafting, examining and working out contracts and legal documents involving establishment of Sino-foreign joint ventures, M&A, goods and technology trade as well as litigation and arbitration concerning dispute settlement.
